I love lemon!

Lemon is one of my favorite flavors! I found a wonderful ingredient for all of those lemon lovers out there...King Aurthur Lemon Juice Powder.  I got this Lemon Tea Cakes recipe off of their web site.  Yummy melt in you mouth lemony sweetness....for the health and "safety" of my family I gave half of them away to our neighbor!  I would add some kind of shredded lemon zest on top for a special presentation! click here to try it!   tangy-tea-cookies-recipe
